What Is A Designation?
Designations represent a financial entity, such as an organization. An organization typically only needs one Designation, though sometimes they may have more - for example, the organization may have a lobbying arm and a non-profit arm, which would need to manage their funds separately, so two Designations would be necessary.
How Do I Find My Designation Name?
You can view the existing designations for your database in the upper-right corner of the Year-To-Date Summary on the Fundraising Management screen.

If the Fundraising Management screen is not set as your home page you can access at the top of Action Platform sidebar on the left-hand side of the screen.
