If you have encountered snags while canvassing with MiniVAN, see the sections below for possible solutions. Otherwise, reach out to your organizer to answer questions and submit a support request on your behalf.
Managing my ActionID
- To reset your ActionID password, tap Don’t remember your password? You will be prompted to enter an email address. Enter the email associated with your account. If you no longer have access to that email address, you can create a new ActionID.
- To change your password, log in to ActionID and select Edit Profile.
Entering my list number
- Be sure you have a Wi-Fi or data connection.
- Tap Enter List Number. Enter the number provided by your organizer or find it on your turf packet.
- Your organizer may have already linked a list number to your account. You will see available list numbers when you login. Tap on the list to download it. Lists are available for 30 days.
- Double-check that you have entered the list number correctly.
- If you do not have a list number, contact your organizer.
